How will I know when my charter bus has arrived and who my driver will be?

Your uniformed driver (suit and tie) will introduce themselves upon arrival to the location, which will make it easier for you. We want to make our guests feel comfortable and welcome once they enter the charter bus.



How far along do I need to make a reservation?

It is best that you reserve as soon as you know when you need the bus for. In the case you require something last minute, depending on availability, we can take reservations up to 4 hours in advance, however you may not get what you are looking for. If you are booking for a wedding or high school prom, it is best that you reserve a charter bus up to 5 weeks in advance.



Will I be billed for waiting?

It is our policy that customers will receive free waiting time for such services as airport shuttle services. A waiting time begins when an airplane arrives at the airport. We offer 30 minutes free for domestic flights and 45 minutes free for international flights.



If I need to cancel my reservation, what do I need to do?

You must notify us of cancellation, either by e-mail, fax or by calling us. Provided you cancel within a period stated in your contract, you will not be penalized for cancellation, however if you have a late cancellation, you will charged fully.



What is your billing and credit card processing procedures?

We will bill your credit card on the actual day of the reservation. We will need your credit card once you call to reserve the charter bus to reserve the vehicle. Credit cards will be pre-authorized before vehicle is is sent to you. You can Pre-pay for a service as a present for family or friends.
