Customers with disabilities have the right by law to be provided accessible transportation. If you wish to reserve accessible transportation, please contact our office at (718) 761-4033 or use the Contact Us form on our website at least 48 hours prior to your trip. Please provide us with information about your specific assistance needs to help us minimize any delays or interruptions in your trip. If less than 48 hours notice is given, we will still make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs, but trip delays may result.
