FAQ’s
What does it cost to rent a charter bus?
The total cost of renting a charter bus is quite variable. It ultimately depends on the unit you need for your group, and the time and distance you need to cover. Larger groups will require more sizable units, which carry a higher cost.
The other relevant factor is how you rent the charter bus or minibus. Units can be rented per hour, per day, or per mile. Each option has its pros and cons, depending on the nature of your trip. As a rule of thumb, full-day rentals range on average from $1200 to $2400.
How big is a charter bus?
Charter buses range in size, all the way from 35’ full-sized charter buses down to 23’ minibuses. Units in our fleet can sit anywhere between a few and several dozen passengers. The size of your group will determine the size of the unit, or units you’ll need.

How much do you tip a charter bus driver?
Typically, gratuity isn’t strictly necessary when you rent a chartered bus. However, tipping is customary in the United States. It’s a way to show additional appreciation towards the professionals that provide you with a smooth, safe ride. There’s no predetermined amount for a tip, but most customers tip drivers between 10% and 20%, for short charters. Trips taking place over several days usually see tips of about $1 to $2 per person, per day.
